Fatigue is normally seen among all patients recieving chemotherapy.

Fatigue is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy. It can range from mild lethargy to feeling totally drained out. It will disappear once chemotherapy is over.

To cope with this

1.    You should have adequate rest

2.    Proper sleep at night and naps during the day

3.    If necessary, reduce your activities,

4.    Do not over exert and do not be hesitant to seek assistance for any activities you might not be able to accomplish.

5.     Eat a well- balanced diet and plenty of water, talk to your doctor or nurse for a program of regular exercise.
